There will be delays and restrictions in public transport traffic from on April 29 from 13:00 till 14:00

We hereby inform that there will be restrictions and delays in public transport traffic during the bikers’ parade from 13:00 till 14:00 of April 29.

Bikers will start their parade from TC „Mols” (Krasta Street 46), then turn to the right and pass along Krasta Street, cross Dienvidu Bridge, than run along Ziepniekkalna Street, Mūkusalas Street, Kuģu Street, Trijādības Street, Raņķa dambis, Balasta dambis, cross Vanšu Bridge, then run along Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street, Kalpaka Boulevard, Pulkveža Brieža Street, Hanzas Street, Eksporta Street and on the 11th November Embankment.

In the above street sections, traffic of transport, including public transport, will be temporarily hindered or suspended.

Some public transport routes will bypass the streets in which the bikers will run, where it is possible:

  • Traffic of buses No. 23 and 26 and trolleybus No. 27 to the city centre will be organized by the route to Jelgavas Street, then in Jelgavas Street, Akmeņu Street, Valguma Street, Uzvaras Boulevard, across Akmens Bridge and further by the route;
  • Traffic of bus No. 10 to the city centre will be organized by the route to Kārļa Ulmaņa gatve, then in Kārļa Ulmaņa gatve, Bauskas Street, Jelgavas Street, Akmeņu Street, Valguma Street, Uzvaras Boulevard, across Akmens Bridge and further by the route;
  • Traffic of trolleybus No. 3 and bus No. 11 to the city centre will be organized by the route to Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street, then in Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street, Stabu Street, Brīvības Boulevard, Raiņa Boulevard, and further by the route;
  • Traffic of trolleybuses No. 19 and 24 to Pētersalas Street will be organized by the route to Merķeļa Street, then in Merķeļa Street, Inženieru Street, Raiņa Boulevard and back in the direction of Pārdaugava;
  • Traffic of bus No. 24 to the city centre will be organized by the route to Skanstes Street, then in Skanstes Street, Sporta Street, Vesetas Street, Hanzas Street, Stabu Street, Brīvības Street, Raiņa Boulevard and further by the route;
  • Traffic of tram No. 6 to the city centre will be organized by the route to the Railway Terminal Square;
  • Traffic of tram No. 7 to the city centre will be organized by the route to tram stop „Central Market” (Maskavas Street), then in Maskavas Street, on the 11th November Embankment, in the 13th January Street, Prāgas Street and further by the route.
